Self-mindfulness, Smell, aromatherapy, Self-care, Self-care is lacking
Women, single, What makes you happy, Scent, food,
Bags, cute mini bags, not just products but self-care
You can also make 3D models, bags
How to promote, Common ideas, but you can make your approach unique
Make a campaign, Valentine's Day concept, Christmas
You can also make a mascot, The mascot explains the
try to highlight tge main point only in USP
HIGHlight inclusivity in design sense
brand value: include video instruction(a simple walkthru video,no need to all product, QR
no need emotion tracker
can put inside slide, like compare the usage, packaging
can use black color but make sure the color contrast
ex) black+blue or white+blue
remove “Self-Customization” from brand value? what she say about scent
like rose, lemon box, illustration of lemon
roll-on idea is ok
nature/ocean theme is not good? it’s very green ---
ingredients list/components, what inside the product is important
some languages?
From Mr. Kamal
We have to focus on demographics, all abilities are not working/segment
Research premier brand, what font use, body text
mascot reference / If the target is a teenager, the mascot will work but
research customer behavior/psychographic and demographic
what kind of environment do they want
From Miss.Anis
Ripple and raindrop >>> combine both for the logo
It's more fresh than just putting a face on the logo
Need to contrast with the logo font only can decide the body text and heading whether they go well together
The whole concept is there already so how would u indicate elegance, now is the logo / how to brand, guidelines / how to apply
Without a mascot is okay, it is a good objective
Scent packaging makes it attractive. like body works? / Feel inclusive the whole experience
Think of a way to indicate in a subtle way
The whole story must touch elegantly as well
It doesn't fit the overall concept find a way to subtly
Print out one mockup of the scent and the rest present it digitally, choose one favorite one
Exhibition, we can use actually scent
The booth set up: can have a dummy box that is designed from a scent
Our kit product comes with a variety of scents
Difference packaging design or different logo / use highlight color/silhouette illustration / emphasize scent
How do we use design to express to visually impaired people
instead of using a definitive color, maybe on the packaging u can use different logo designs ( identity )
Categorize the scent according to mood
Make the box reflect the scent
have the combination of different scent
Target users, what scent they like, what packaging design they prefer
Ex) Lomantic >>> lavender and rose or something
relaxation night >>> ???
graphic side
Why u choose this / Why did you go with this / Next week is more development logo and branding
about graphic design
Now, it is very minimal, making it more elegant
make the logo more complex instead of just droplet
make the eyeball vertical
logo can be serif so create contrast
now is a bit complicated so drop the custom idea?
if we have time
after fix and solid all of things,
WHY we choose ELEGANT, explain during presentation
less is more
create user journey
and IG timeline, campaign timeline, from launching
cuz it’s not just a brand
(graphic)
packaging design
-elegance
-beauty product
-visually impaired
graphic element: compile to other things, logo, visual and check design factor
diffuser: water drop let shape? must be elegant
packaging: can feel brand, based on brand theme, not based on scent?
text size research
what pixel, easy to read and see
express all of things
art direction, layout: which suit the most
has white space >> OK
(animation)
brand teaser
look bk user journey map
what i have to contribute to the animation part to promote the product
product showcase animation
brand teaser
short social media animation
how to animate the product as a teaser
how to promote the digital part
Recyclable materials
Keep concept
Orange in rosemary
Lavender and sandalwood
Flowers blooming
Under the logo
Elements, other elements, keep art direction
Create additional graphic elements
Try some layout patterns
Make sure elegant concept every time wherever
How to animate the product
Eye mask okay
Highlight each of produch
Different design
What is different from other brands?Highlight
Not boring
Transition
Add scent to other things
Magnetic cap, movement, Hold
Different scent
Small size, coming out of pocket, etc.
Show that each product has its own characteristics
Animate the characteristics
Show the technology, transition, different scents
Week 7 feedback
Try out on simulation (water)
Exploration on animation, to see which one works
by next week show the scene 1 transition
how will the actual product gon look like when exhibition, is it an actual sample or make from scratch if 3d print need to make sure everything worka
2d & 3d think about this > consistency
where to apply our graphic element
next week packaging mock up and some modelings
website & social media contents
merchandise
Week 9 feedback
how about box type
what is elegant?oh i forgot what she say aaout box type
Create a smaller version or reduce the number of products
Reducing the products would be better
Focus on quality rather than quantity.
Keep the remaining time in mind
Use a smaller box and create a “room inside, including some cute or elegant elements stuff
Decide how to showcase it and what to print
Illustrations are already effective in conveying elegance
To show 3D modelings, create product posters, etc
Focus on environmental design.
Maintain a unified elegant concept
The animation will focus on the three products and the box
combination 2d & 3d
Incorporate frames, flowers, and the logo, keep the same,
Highlight each skill, such as graphic design and animation
Consider embossing
Ask Shamsul about the best file types
Week 10 feedback
Website:
looks okay
captures your brand, and easy to readInstagram design & grid is ok.
the positioning of the bottle is not in the correct perspective
make sure to carefully take the correct angle of the bottle for the image here
printed packaging: try to unfold them again and refold sharply,
we need to see how the structure holds up
